Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aureabeauty.us with photos of the issue, and we will correct it.
Refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
